Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be Pakistani citizens and must meet the education, experience, and age requirements of their selected position.
For the three manager posts, the maximum age limit is 50 years. These positions generally require at least 12 years of relevant experience. The Manager Legal/Contracts position also requires five years of experience as a High Court practitioner.
The Manager Planning and Forecasting post requires a Master’s, BE, or BS degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering. Applicants must have completed 16 years of education in the first division with at least 60% marks from an HEC-recognized university. Valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration is also required.
For deputy manager posts, the maximum age limit is 45 years. Most deputy manager positions require at least five years of relevant experience.
The Deputy Manager Finance position accepts members of CA or ICMA without previous experience. Candidates applying with an MBA or an equivalent 16-year qualification in Finance must have five years of post-qualification experience in audit and accounts.
For assistant manager posts, the maximum age limit is 35 years. Candidates need a BE, BSc, or BS degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering with at least 60% marks. The degree must be from an HEC-recognized university, and PEC registration is mandatory.
Assistant manager applicants must have at least three years of relevant experience, including one year in demand forecasting or transmission planning, depending on the selected position.
