- Director Audit and Accounts – BPS-19: Requires a relevant master’s degree, CA or ACCA qualification with at least seven years of experience.
- Director Human Resource, Training and Administration – BPS-19: Applicants need a relevant HR qualification and seven years of professional experience. Retired government employees may have a master’s degree in any subject.

- Deputy Director Accounts – BPS-18: Requires a master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounts and Finance, MA or MSc.
- Deputy Director Human Resource and Procurement – BPS-18: Applicants need an MBA in Human Resource or a relevant master’s degree.
- Deputy Director Legal – BPS-18: Requires an LLB degree. Candidates holding an LLM degree will be preferred.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold the qualification required for their selected position from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission. The required education includes master’s degrees, MS degrees, professional accountancy qualifications and law degrees.
Applicants for Director posts must generally have at least seven years of relevant experience. Candidates applying for Deputy Director positions need a minimum of three years of experience in the relevant field.
The age limit for Director positions is 30 to 50 years, while the age limit for Deputy Director posts is 25 to 50 years. Retired government officials may receive age relaxation up to 65 years.
Candidates can apply for only one position. Selected applicants may be posted anywhere in Pakistan or at any PLPA border terminal according to operational needs.
