Nationality and Marital Status

The minimum height for most male applicants is 5 feet 4 inches or 163 cm. For eligible female candidates in some branches, the minimum height is 4 feet 10 inches or 147 cm.
General Duty Pilot candidates must have 6/6 vision in each eye without glasses. Candidates must also pass the required physical test, which may include running, push-ups, sit-ups and chin-ups.
Selection Procedure
The selection process begins with online registration. Candidates will then take an intelligence test followed by an academic test based on their selected branch.
Shortlisted applicants will undergo an initial medical examination and interview at a PAF Information and Selection Centre. Candidates must also complete the required physical test.
Further stages may include ISSB testing, additional medical examination, flying aptitude testing for General Duty Pilot candidates, interviews and final selection by Air Headquarters.
