5. Commercial Assistant – 15 posts: First-division BA, BSc, or BCom with a three-month IT or MS Office course. Preference will be given to candidates with 16 years of education in commerce, accounting, or an equivalent subject.
6. Line Superintendent-II – 7 posts: Matric with a three-year diploma in Electrical or Electronic Technology from a government polytechnic institute.
7. Upper Divisional Clerk / Senior Clerk – 10 posts: BA, BSc, or a two-year associate degree with at least second division and a three-month MS Office certificate.
8. Lower Divisional Clerk / Junior Clerk – 17 posts: Intermediate or ICom with at least second division, a typing speed of 40 words per minute on a computer, and an MS Office certificate.
9. Meter Reader – 36 posts: Intermediate in Arts, Commerce, or Science, or an equivalent qualification.
10. Driver – 18 posts: Matric, a valid LTV or HTV licence, and five years of post-licence driving experience.
11. Tracer – 2 posts: Matric with Drawing as a subject, or Matric with a post-matric diploma in tracing.
12. Bill Distributor – 54 posts: Matric qualification.

Registration and Application Dates

Eligibility Criteria

The upper age limit is 30 years for most positions. It is 33 years for Assistant Manager and Junior Engineer posts, while Driver applicants must be between 25 and 35 years old.
